Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-16
This Privacy Policy explains how NEURALABZ LTD ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you use the BetTipsPro website at https://bettipspro.com and the BetTipsPro mobile apps for Android and iOS (together, the "Service").
We collect as little data as we need to run the Service. We do not sell your personal data and we do not show third-party advertising.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is NEURALABZ LTD, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. For any privacy question or request, contact us at support@neuralabz.limited.
2. Data we collect
Account data, if you create an account:
- Email address, name and an encrypted (hashed) password when you register with email.
- Name, email address and Google account identifier when you sign in with Google, or the equivalent data shared by Apple when you sign in with Apple (Apple may give us a private relay email address).
- A random user identifier. In the mobile apps you can also use the Service without registering; we then create an anonymous identifier for your device.
Subscription data, if you buy VIP:
- Your user identifier, the product you bought, purchase and renewal dates, expiry date, store (Google Play, App Store or web) and transaction identifiers.
- We never receive or store your full card number. Payments are processed by Google Play, Apple or, on the web, by Stripe through RevenueCat.
Technical data:
- IP address, browser or device type, operating system, app version, and the date and time of requests, which our servers record in security and error logs.
- In the mobile apps, if you allow notifications: a push notification token for your device.
We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos or other sensitive data, and we do not knowingly collect data about anyone under 18.
3. Why we use your data and our legal bases
- To create and secure your account and let you sign in (performance of a contract).
- To provide VIP membership, check whether your subscription is active on every device and handle renewals, cancellations and refunds (performance of a contract).
- To keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and fix errors (our legitimate interest in running a safe and reliable service).
- To send you service messages, such as password reset or account emails (performance of a contract).
- To send push notifications about new tips, only if you turn them on (your consent, which you can withdraw in your device settings at any time).
- To comply with legal obligations, for example keeping purchase records for tax purposes (legal obligation).
Our predictions are the same for every user. We do not use your personal data to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you, and we do not build advertising profiles.
4. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the Service, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) – hosting of our servers, database and sign-in system.
- RevenueCat, Inc. (USA) – management of subscriptions across web and mobile.
- Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates (USA/Ireland) – payment processing for web purchases.
- Google LLC (USA) – Google sign-in, Google Play billing and, in the Android app, push notifications.
- Apple Inc. (USA) – Sign in with Apple, App Store billing and push notifications on iOS.
- Email delivery provider – sending account and password reset emails.
We may also disclose data if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users' safety, or to a buyer if our business is sold or merged (you will be informed in that case).
5. International transfers
Our servers are located in the European Union (Germany). Some service providers listed above are based in the United States or other countries outside your own. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, the UK or Turkey, we rely on adequacy decisions (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified) or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards. You can ask us for a copy of the relevant safeguards.
6. How long we keep data
- Account data: for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account we delete it within 30 days.
- Subscription and purchase records: for as long as required by tax and accounting law (generally up to 10 years), even after you delete your account.
- Security and server logs: up to 30 days, unless needed longer to investigate abuse.
- Anonymous app identifiers: for as long as needed to keep purchases linked to your device; you can ask us to delete them at any time.
7. Deleting your account
You can delete your account and personal data at any time from the Account page on the website (https://bettipspro.com/en/account) or at https://bettipspro.com/en/delete-account or in the app's account settings. You can also email support@neuralabz.limited from the address linked to your account.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store; please cancel it in your store settings to stop future charges. Web subscriptions are cancelled automatically when you delete your account.
8. Cookies and local storage
The website uses only strictly necessary cookies and local storage: to keep you signed in, remember your language, and protect the Service from abuse. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, so no cookie consent banner is needed. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete your data;
- restrict or object to certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interests;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
To exercise these rights, email support@neuralabz.limited. We will reply within one month (or the shorter period required by local law). We may ask you to confirm your identity.
If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK: the Information Commissioner's Office). California residents have the right to know, delete and correct personal information and not to be discriminated against for using these rights; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
10. Users in Turkey (KVKK)
If you are in Turkey, NEURALABZ LTD acts as data controller under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). We collect your data electronically through the website and apps, for the purposes in section 3, based on Article 5(2)(c) (performance of a contract), 5(2)(ç) (legal obligation) and 5(2)(f) (legitimate interest) of KVKK, and on your explicit consent where required. Transfers abroad (section 5) are made in line with Article 9 of KVKK. You can use your rights under Article 11 of KVKK by contacting support@neuralabz.limited, and you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK Kurulu).
11. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls and regular backups. No service is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will inform you and the authorities of a personal data breach where the law requires.
12. Children
The Service is only for people aged 18 or over. If you believe someone under 18 has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new date and, for important changes, notify you in the app or by email.
