Terms of Use

1. What the Service is – and is not

BetTipsPro publishes football predictions ("tips") produced by statistical models from historical results and publicly available odds. Tips are general information for entertainment and educational purposes only.

• We are not a bookmaker or gambling operator. You cannot place bets, deposit money or win prizes through the Service.
• Tips are estimates, not facts or guarantees. Football results are unpredictable and any tip can lose. Past results do not predict future results.
• Nothing in the Service is financial, investment or betting advice. Any decision to bet, and any money you win or lose, is entirely your own responsibility.
• Odds shown are indicative, may be delayed or differ from the odds offered by any bookmaker, and are not an offer to bet.

2. Eligibility and responsible gambling

You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher legal age for gambling where you live) to use the Service. You are responsible for making sure that using betting information and placing bets is legal where you are; do not use the Service where it is not.

Gamble only with money you can afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, take a break and seek help, for example from BeGambleAware (begambleaware.org), Gamblers Anonymous (gamblersanonymous.org) or Yeşilay (yesilay.org.tr).

3. Your account

Some features require an account. Give accurate information, keep your password secure and tell us at support@neuralabz.limited if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page or in the app.

4. VIP subscription

• VIP gives access to additional premium tips and features described on the VIP page. The price, billing period and any free trial are shown before you buy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Purchases in the mobile apps are made and billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms. Manage or cancel them in your Google Play or App Store account settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Purchases on the website are processed by our payment partners (RevenueCat and Stripe). You can manage or cancel them via the link on your Account page or by contacting support@neuralabz.limited.
• When you cancel, you keep VIP access until the end of the period you have paid for. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion ends when you buy a subscription.
• A VIP membership bought on one platform also works on the others when you sign in with the same account.
• Refunds for app store purchases are handled by Google or Apple under their policies. For web purchases, see section 5.
• We may change prices for future periods; we will tell you in advance and you can cancel before the new price applies.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers, web purchases)

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK and buy VIP on the website, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. Because VIP is digital content that starts immediately, you will be asked at checkout to agree that access begins at once and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once access has started. Where the law still gives you a right to a refund, contact support@neuralabz.limited.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not:

• copy, resell, republish or share VIP tips or other content, for example on websites, social media, Telegram or other channels;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the Service or our API;
• share your account or try to bypass payment, access controls or security measures;
• interfere with the Service, or use it for anything unlawful or harmful.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, without refund where the law allows.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its tips, texts, design, software and the BetTipsPro name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service; they do not transfer any ownership. Team and league names are used only to identify matches and belong to their owners; we are not affiliated with any club, league or bookmaker.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to publish tips daily but do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free or that tips will be published for any particular match, league or day. Match data comes from third parties and may be late or wrong. We may change, suspend or discontinue features; if we discontinue VIP we will refund the unused part of a web subscription.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness or results of any tip.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any betting losses, lost profits or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you break these Terms or if we must do so by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (for example 1, 7, 9 and 12) continue to apply.

11. Apple App Store terms

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for any claims relating to the app (including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims). If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or listed on a US Government list of restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring proceedings there. Please contact us first at support@neuralabz.limited so we can try to solve any problem informally.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for important changes, notify you in advance in the app or by email. If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, the new Terms apply.
